　　天津滨海新区金融街首期启动项目以“集群设计”的面貌出现，旨在聚合各种能量，实现协同式的建筑实践。九个建筑师工作都基于统一 “编导”及SOM设计导则下的演作，设计兴致伴随着自律和平衡。

　　幸运的是我们的地块靠近海河，这便有一种可能使存在于自然与CBD之间的媒介体形成，并进而探索河边的城市建筑的敏感性，包括从场所周围吸收营养以滋养自身成长，同时将这种能量又回馈于环境。其一，体现在轻柔地触动海河以形成空透的界面；其二，中间喜悦而动人的城市空间把阳光、景观引入并贡献给城市。

The building site is near the Haihe River. Therefore, it brings the possibility to build the media body between the natural beauty and prosperity of the CBD. We are also permitted to explore the characteristics of city buildings along the river, including absorbing inspiration from the surrounding environment to nourish the building’s development. Meanwhile, the building itself can also enhance the environment. On the one hand, it forms a grand view together with the river; and on the other, it brings more sunshine and natural landscape to the city.
